GDPR Compliance

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) controls and processes the data coherently which also provides people more control over their personal data to prevent them from losing, and to ensure the confidential data and privacy requirements. Upon breach, the GDPR requires necessary notification with penalties of up to 4% of global turnover or €20 million – whichever is greater. It is an ongoing process to ensure if the personal data is stored, used, deleted or accessed within a framework that protects all parties within its life cycle. The GDPR is applied to processing carried out by organizations functioning within the EU and to the organizations outside that provide services to individuals in the EU. It sets legal obligations to maintain records of the activities processed and the confidential data; you will have legal liability if you are responsible for a breach.
